[WIN7] Issue with a broken laptop im trying to salvage..

Im having a issue that is frustrating me so bad right now.. I have a laptop with a broken screen, upon getting it i discovered the HD had alot of errors popping up but it still booted, no biggie, got a extra one laying around, proceeded to install windows 7 onto the drive with a different laptop, took the drive out, installed it in the broken laptop and it boots!! Success!! or so i thought. Obviously the screen is cracked bad and you cant see the mouse move on screen, so i plug in my hdtv to the vga port and it doesnt work.. The port does work, it was working fine before i used a fresh install of 7. I think it is a driver issue, the grfx chipset is a 8200m g , if i could somehow get this driver installed hopefully the vga port will work, but after hours and i mean hours of trying to find a way to somehow get it to work, im stumped right now.. What i can do and cant do,, i can take the drive out and put it in another laptop, it has a different chipsets(amd) so i cant install the nvidia driver.. Ive tried to autorun the installer and that didnt work... Any ideas on how i can get this issue resolved -- Sometimes "The Majority" only means all the fools are on the same side.
