I like to try before I buy so I downloaded it from Microsoft. I like what I see so far.
My question is this is build #9600 with all updates on it. Is it the "hobbled" version of the retail 8.1 or the same?? The one I have the only browser that renders correctly is chrome. I know about Firefox but IE?? Do they work better in retail 8.1 or is it just as buggy.
