outlook 2013 and exporting a pst file

I am trying to export my email and folders into a pst file. I found that there are many emails and folders that outlook seems to only show the recent one. You can go back further by clicking a link and it will retrieve them But for making a pst file this is not going to get everything. Is there a way I can get outlook 2013 to display all items to create an accurate export of all email, calander, folders and contacts? Thank you -- http://www.devicemanager.net
