[WIN7] Flash Player problem

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this problem so forgive me if it's not. The flash player which is running the current version is using 100% of the CPU. Videos are choppy and are out of sync with the audio. I've tried deleting cache, reinstall Flash player, ran in safe mode with networking and no change. My specs: HPG61 2.1 MHz, 3 gig ram Internet connection 40/5 mbps Thanks in advance :)
