In this thread
http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r29149878-WIN8-Update-1-Release-Date-is-April-8
it is mentioned a few times by articles linked by different people that Microsoft will be releasing (or has already released to MSDN subscribers) an ISO file that contains Windows 8.1 Update, in a form that is ready to install to a blank system.
I won't re-post all the info that has been posted before, but I will post the file names for each one
32 Bit: en_windows_8.1_with_update_x86_dvd_4065105.iso
64 Bit: en_windows_8.1_with_update_x64_dvd_4065090.iso
From what I have read, these ISO's contain "Mutiple editions, excluding Enterprise".
So, that brings me to my question.
For those that have downloaded these from Microsoft when you burn then to DVD and boot them, are you given a choice of which version of Windows 8.1 you would like to install, or do you have to go through some steps like those outlined here to "enable" all of the versions?

I ask because with the Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 ISO's that came from Microsoft, they (Microsoft) did not produce an All in one ISO file. If customers wanted a true all in one ISO, that when booted presented you with a menu of which Version to install, as well as the ability to not enter a key on install (you would of course have to enter one once the install was complete).
So, I'm just trying to figure out if the Windows 8.1 Update ISO's need to be modified or not to function like the Windows 8.1 ISO outlined in the thread that I linked to above.
Thanks in advance,
