Fixing a family member's computer that is very slow. No spyware. Had to shut it off manually and then upon startup it ran chkdsk. See pictures. Could the hard drive be failing based on some of those errors?
It's a Toshiba Satellite L305-S5919 that is probably 6.5 years old. I'm sure it's time soon anyway.
