I had Windows 7 home premium on my laptop and installed 8.1 pro. It has messed up my laptop making it run very slowly, so can I use the 'windows.old' file folder to go back somehow? I don't have the install disk for 7.
Please be gentle with me...I'm an old guy who's not too proficient on this. :)
