Windows Explorer opens to "Melelina" directory in the left side of the tree. It opens expanded to all files in the directory. I NEVER HAVE EVER wanted to go there when I open Windows Explorer. In fact, those folders are mostly empty because I moved all that stuff to my data drive which is huge (the C drive is a 250GB SSD).
Not only does Windows Explorer open to "Melelina" directory fully expanded but when I click to unexpand it, Explorer immediately reopens opens it fully expanded. I unexpand it a second time and then it stays closed but then I still have to navigate to the obvious place it should opened to in the first place! -- the C drive.
I had some sort of command for XP which would not open to the C drive either without a special command. But I don't know how to make Windows 8 Explorer open to C:\. How do I do that so it opens to C:\ every time I click on File Explorer on the taskbar? And how do I keep Explorer from not automatically expanding "Melelina" directory each time?
