Exchange 2010 and child domains

Hi folks, before going into the problem here is my environment (all 2k8 R2 servers); domain1.com - Parent domain -dc01 -dc02 -exchange01 -exchange02 domain2.com - child domain -dc01 -dc02 domain3.com - child domain -dc01 -dc02 Both child domain uses the parent domain for exchange. The email works but the autodiscovery fails, it only works on the parent domain. The HTTP redirect and SRV records for the child domain are set, running the microsoft remote connective analyzer gives me the following XML output; <?xml version="1.0"?><Autodiscover xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/autodiscover/responseschema/2006"><Response><Error Time="13:22:37.6357913" Id="903220785"><ErrorCode>500</ErrorCode><Message>The e-mail address cannot be found.</Message><DebugData /></Error></Response></Autodiscover> If I look at the Sites and Services on the child domain, I see that the schema for Exchange is there (listing the parent domain as the root of the folder tree) I'm in the total dark and this is my first multi-domain attempt. Any input is welcomed! Thanks in advance.
