Shared printers everyone sees

He is a scenario I need to figure out. We have a client server app that runs on W2K8R2, that users RDP into the server to use. and there are 3 of them In those servers are various printers that reside in different locations. Whenever a change to a printer is made (new printer, IP change (network is changing) etc, we have to update that each of the 3 servers. I had an idea that i would install all those printers in my new print server and just share them. However when I create a printer ( just a test from my printer server share) users that I ask to check, don't see it. I have read about using group policies, but we're a multi national company and I don't have access to the domain controller(s). I have plenty of admin rights, just not on the DC's. Can any shed any light on a simple way to do this? So to make it simpler RDPSERVER /Printer A -- My Name is Wiley E Coyote, Super Genius
