I've been administering 2 Win 8.1 computers for my apartment complex and would like to use OpenDNS as the DNS server on each, but I'm thinking that if I do that without some how locking access to the network control panel and wi-fi network list, then people will just be able to change to another access point and get around this. Is there any way to do what I'm trying to accomplish for a standard user and allow the admin full access? Thanks.
