Please forgive the noob style parlance...
Early 2000's Dell SC 420 converted to desktop use running XP Pro with all SP
Used to be when I would start the computer, I would see a black & white Dell logo. This black & white screen has been gone for a while, and I would like to get it back. The B&W screen was helpful to cue me to F8 and BIOS access.
I tried sysconfig to boot.ini, and the "NOGUIBOOT" is not checked.
I suspect my ATI Catalyst Control software may be the cause, but haven't figured out how to remedy my plight from within their software options.
