Hi All,
I recently had an issue that was dealt with through the Security Cleanup Forum. After making sure my computer was "clean", I uninstalled the Comcast Constant Guard and only installed the Norton as per the suggestion of my helper. I am getting an error message (5013,3)when using it. When I follow the instructions, to check for my Windows Base Filtering Engine, it appears to be missing. How do I go about reinstalling this service? Hope I posted this in the correect forum. Thanks for any help you can give me!
