Hotmail had been working fine for me until 8-31-2014.
Now I can't get to my contacts. Addresses no longer pop up automatically like they used to when I start to type the name of a known contact.
Microsoft is asking me to sign in again after successfully signing in to hotmail. This second sign in routine won't accept my hotmail name and password, but wants one for something called a "Microsoft Account".
What's going on?
OS is a fully updated version of Windows 7 if that makes any difference.
