This may seem like a tiny thing (which it is) but it's something that has been bugging me. Sometimes when editing a document, as I move the cursor to the part I want to change and left click, instead of the normal flashing cursor, I get the solid box, as if I had pressed insert. So instead of adding to where my cursor is, it overwrites. This can be extremely annoying when your typing fast. At first I thought it was human error, but I have had it happen even on laptop keyboards where the insert key is very out of the way. I also have experienced in different OS, word and notepad, and even text fields on websites. Anyone know what causes it?
