On one computer I have, Flash ads will be displayed only as a static image that does not change. On my other computer, Flash ads will rotate and might even be animated.
I want to do the same with the 2nd computer, but I cannot remember how I changed the Flash ads settings. Browser is IE, so it is not some other browser's add-on.
