In Lync 2010, if I had an IM window open and the person sent me an IM, it would merely flash the taskbar button.
Lync 2013 vacillates between putting up its huge, annoying popup and just flashing. I haven't yet discerned any logic to how it chooses which action to take and there seems to be no setting to control it.
Anyone know a way to make the behavior more consistent? I want it to behave like 2010--only put up the big notification when there is not an existing window.
DND is not really an option.
