[WIN7] Speaking of Licensing

My current desktop is a homebrew running 64-bit Win7 Pro. (I had upgraded from 32-bit WinXP Pro.) I got Win7 via the Windows 7 Upgrade deal. (Only $30 for students, and I was enrolled in night classes at the time. :)) This system is getting long in the tooth; it's time to build a new one with current parts. Will I have trouble activating Win7 on the new hardware? Once Win10 comes out I may go for the "free" upgrade, so want to make sure my Win7 is valid.
