Visio 2013 -- default text for "Edit Text"

I need to draw some Visio drawing that has lots of shapes with text inside. The default text is Calibri 8, and I have to change it manually to Arial 10 for each entry, and that's getting a little tiring pretty quickly. How can I set the default text from Calibri 8 to Arial 10? TIA -- .sig
