I have a user that has many MANY duplicate items showing in her Outlook calendar. Thought maybe it was a local issue but it shows in her OWA as well. So that tells me it's embedded in her account.
I'm thinking I have to totally wipe her account out and start fresh for her.
So I just backed up her inbox items and subfolders as well as contacts she created.
She went the distance and manually removed all the duplicate entries up to Januray 2016.
So it would be nice to be able to at least save those items. But I don't even know if it's possible to choose specific dates to back up. ...is it possible? Or is she out of luck?
Either way, I'm thinking the only way to "fix" this issue is to delete her exchange account and start fresh. Cause I have no idea why duplicate appointments are showing up.
