I have Intel Integrated Graphics, and I can set the refresh rate through the Intel Control Panel, but as soon as I launch Windows Media Center, it hijacks the display driver and overrides my refresh rate setting. How then can I set the refresh rate inside Windows Media Center?
Searching around, apparently there was a plugin developed by a group of WMC enthusiasts in Australia, but all the links are now dead. So it's possible.
As for why I need to do this, I have copy-protected media that can only be played in WMC. This media is 24fps and there is unwatchable judder on my TV unless I can match the refresh rate to the media fps.
