First off let me say it's not the log in/welcome screen that sits for awhile, it's the black screen that has the windows logo on it. It's not taking an excessively long time, but I've been on it for I'd say anywhere between a minute and two minutes on a restart when before it was at most like ten to twenty seconds.
I have only two programs launching at start, but I don't even know if it that would even be effecting it so early into a boot, I just wanted to try and get some opinions on what common causes of this are.
I also have done a defrag recently, I thought maybe that would help but it didn't seem to.
