On my windows xp box, IPv6 appears to be limited to 10 mbits. I tried via wireless and wired and no dice. My laptop with windows 7 on the same network has no such problem which is why i point the finger at XP. Is there speed tweaks to IPv6 that is possible in windows xp like there was back in the day with the registry tweaks? A 10/100/1000 mbit setting for ipv6 traffic somewhere?
