I am having an issue with Xbox Video, I can not get videos to play. In fact, I have never been able to get videos to play. My computers are above the minimum system requirements, are there any suggestions as to what I can try?
I have tried the following:
1. iMac with Mac OSX Lion 10.7
2. Upgrading iMac to OSX Yosemite 10.10.2
3. MacBook Pro with OS X Yosemite
4. MacBook Pro with OS X Mavericks
4. Uninstalling and re-installing Silverlight
5. Clearing the browsers
6. Private and Non-Private Browsing
7. Different Internet connection
8. Various videos
Every few months I get further but still no video. The original result was just a blank screen, then I got a spinning circle, and now this.
Is anyone able to view videos on Xbox Video from the website?
