I've inherited a very large Visio org chart, and essentially I need to reverse all the arrow directions.
Should be simple, but I cannot find any option to do so when clicking the arrows.
I'm new to visio. The original was done with an old version of Visio (2000, or 2003?), I'm running with 2010 version.
As far as I can tell, all boxes were setup as managers, no matter if they were subordinates or not.
