Been using it in Windows 10. It appears to be the same as the metro browser from Windows 8, redone with desktop controls..
It does not appear to be a new browser at all. And it's missing all the options of the old desktop browser, such as "right-click->save image" and other types of shortcuts.
It lacks plugin support just like the metro browser and has the limited interface style.
Generally you want to just go back to IE11 full desktop browser or switch to a third party browser because of it's limited style and lack of tools necessary to be a good full fledged browser.
They claim it does have under the hood changes such as legacy rendering modes stripped. They also seemed to strip a lot of other functionality, aka like the metro browser!
Stripping functionality is definitely a way to boost speed as Microsoft was puppeting. :)
