I decided to test win 10 from windows 8.2. I will say I felt a little more happy with win 8.2 as far as having the charms bar to navigate also like microsoft has done in the past they have a bad habit of moving items around like for example changing "add and remove" to "programs and features" and like in 10 when you want to change your display you have to go to properties then click another tag that says more advanced options just to change the screen res.
Little changes like that can be a bit annoying but you can still find your way, Cortana is not the greatest voice app ever but buts it makes a nice update in win 10 and you can ask questions like hows the weather or send a email or whatever but im not really sure I like the idea of Microsoft capturing my voice for whatever reason. I find my android does a better job on voice features.
Bottom line is will I upgrade to win 10 from 8.2 not really sure cause I haven't seen anything really wow me that much from 8.2. I do got an old laptop with XP I may put win 10 on it just to have an upgraded Os from a security point of view.
