I've followed the instructions at

The file exists
http://www.dslreports.com/front/browserconfig.xml
and the PNG files it refers to, are there.
Yet when I pin the site in 8.1, I don't get all size options, and only the favicon is shown in the tile. In fact, in the web server logs, I can find no client requesting the files specified in browserconfig.xml (although lots of windows clients pull browserconfig.xml).
What am i doing wrong?
