So one day the USB ports on my Windows 7 Dell desktop just stopped working. I tried all the ports in front and back, and tried known good keyboards and mice, but nothing works.
I can however, remote into the PC via some remote connection software I have, and everything works that way. I have used that to go into device manager and try to reinstall the USB software but no luck.
Is it possible to replace the USB bus or something cheap inside the computer to get them working again? Never had this issue before and the rest of the computer is great so I don't want to trash it.
