Microsoft did another deception and pushed the Win 10 updater taskbar ICON without permission on all users in a mislabeled update.
If you want to remove this little gift from Microsoft you can do so by uninstalling Update # KB3035583.
I did just that and it seems that no other problems have developed after the removal.
