Strange issue, I have 3 HTPCs running WMC using OTA channels (Silicondust). 2 are Win7 and one is Win 8.1 - all have the same issue; the channel guide is no longer updated. When I look at the event view I see: INFORMATION 12:13:56 PM - Retrieving MCESpotlight. 12:13:56 PM - Processing of MCESpotlight is complete. 12:13:56 PM - The MCESpotlight package is already up to date. 12:13:56 PM - Retrieving MCEClientUX. 12:13:57 PM - Processing of MCEClientUX is complete. 12:13:57 PM - The MCEClientUX package is already up to date. 12:13:57 PM - Retrieving SportsSchedule. 12:13:57 PM - Processing SportsSchedule. 12:13:57 PM - Retrieving SportsSchedule-3.enc. 12:13:57 PM - Extracting SportsSchedule.mxf. 12:13:57 PM - Processing SportsSchedule.mxf. 12:13:57 PM - Processing of SportsSchedule is complete. 12:13:57 PM - Retrieving SportsV2. 12:13:58 PM - Processing of SportsV2 is complete. 12:13:58 PM - The SportsV2 package is already up to date. 12:13:58 PM - Retrieving Broadband. 12:13:58 PM - Processing of Broadband is complete. 12:13:58 PM - The Broadband package is already up to date. 12:13:58 PM - Retrieving EpgListings. 12:13:59 PM - Processing of EpgListings is complete. 12:13:59 PM - The EpgListings package is already up to date. 12:14:03 PM - Errors during the last update. 12:14:03 PM - Will retry at 7/28/2015 1:14:02 PM. ERROR 12:13:56 PM - Failed to retrieve nettv (Error: PackageName is invalid.) I did rerun setup on the Win8.1 and still the error appears. This has been running fine for a few years using an Orlando city zip code. Is there a way to fix this?
