So upgraded my in-laws to win 10. Their account was tied to a live account and the existing password wasn't being accepted.
Says to go to a webpage to reset. Um...how? They only have 1 windows account, no mobile devices. I had to head over with my laptop. By the way, still not working. Updates make on the live website aren't synching to the computer. Still can't log in. Microsoft is aware of the issue and need to get a hold of someone to force an update. Oy!
