My question here is now that I have upgraded to win10 and if I decide to keep win10, can I safely delete the "windows.old" folder?
It has all of my programs, files, pictures, videos, everything from win7.
I don't know if it is using this folder for the programs that rolled over to 10 from 7 or not.
I am not to worried about hard drive space, but it is a 56gb folder.
Can anyone enlighten me on exactly how this folder works?
I'm curious if it is simply there to roll back to win7, or it is actually being used now that I am on 10.
Thanks
