Upgrade has failed 10 times now(from Win 7 home 64 bit)...see screenshot.I have attempted both with and without Norton running to no avail. Upgrade seems to download fine, but will not install...it has installed on 3 other(laptops) on the same network no problem. Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
