I just finished putting 10 on some systems and it's still too knew to have a conclusive opinion, but I like the feature of pinning to Quick access. One complaint of previous windows since the good old days of 95 is that it takes more clicks to do some things (dumbing down), but being able to put the C drive link right in quick access that comes up by default makes it a little better, though I'd still prefer C drive for default. MS shouldn't change things in a way that pisses off experienced users, they should keep options for such people, and this is a good option. I also like the ability to shrink icons on the system bar.
