[WIN7] https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pag

I'm using Internet Explorer 10 in Windows 7sp1. When browsing on line, I get no response when I click the back button. If I click the recent pages arrow I see line after line of https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pag. Then I have to scroll down to the page I was on to continue. I tried blocking it in my privacy settings and that left me unable to search using Google at all. I don't know if it matters but I don't use tabs because I just don't like them so please don't yell at me. Does anyone have an idea? -- Bidden or unbidden, He is always present.
