I found out about the Windows 10 Insider Program right around the time they said they had stopped onboarding PCs because Windows 10's release date was so close.
Is it too late to become a Windows Insider now? I don't have a Windows 7 or 8 license that would allow me to upgrade to Windows 10 for free, but I am willing to accept unstable updates before they are released to the general public.
I made an account at the Windows Insider Program site, but there is no option to download a preview release of Windows. The links to the downloads of Windows 10 ISOs result in an image that asks for a Windows license (i.e. a Windows 7 or higher one).
Since I don't have such a license, does that mean I can't become a Windows Insider anymore?
