Any suggestion on a player other than VLC? VLC for me makes my .mpg videos look terrible?
I am not interested in downloading a codex bundle either.
The .mpg format plays fine in my video editing software (and looks great), but no player plays them now in win10. Not even the good ole windows media player which used to.
I could live with this, but when I get the videos off my camcorder and onto my pc I have no idea what the video are since there is no preview/icon showing a snapshot of the video. At the moment I have to play the video to give me an idea which one it is :(
