Excel 2013 and - the minus sign

I am doing a find a replace in Excel 2013... Find 1, replace with "15-25". Since this is going to be more trouble than expected, it's doing the math instead of doing it the way I need it. I guess my question is how do get Excel to actually replace 1 with 15-25 without making it -10?
