Windows 8.1 new computer
I had the same problem earlier on a different computer with Windows 7 but I forgot how to resolve it.
I like to have the taskbar autohide.
Normally it works fine. Move the cursor to the bottom of the screen and the taskbar rises up from the bottom. When I don't need it, I don't need to see it.
When I have Chrome maximized, normally I'd be able to cursor to bottom and see the taskbar rise. But at times the taskbar doesn't rise up unless I un-maximize the window for Chrome.
Why is this?
