Nuking delete confirmation

I have my Recycle Bin (win 8.1) set for each of my drives as UNCHECKED "display delete confirmation" in the properties. Yet when I go to empty the recycle bin, it asks if I really want to permanently delete these files. So I realized the checkbox is for not showing a delete confirmation upon first deleting the file (which it doesn't so that's working). Isn't there anyway to get the recycle bin itself not to ask me if I'm sure when I want to empty it? A reg hack perhaps, if not a nice little checkbox? -- The truth of a thing is the feel of it, not the think of it. -- Stanley Kubrick
