Will MS keep track of Win 10 updates?

For kicks, after ghosting my boot HD I upgraded my Win 7 PC to Win 10. PC is a Dell Optiplex 755. Issues: a) no driver for my video card (FireGL V3100) so it's limited to 1280x1024 on a 2560x1600 display b) no driver for an Intel management chip (AMT) c) no driver for an Intel management chip (HECI/SQL) d) no driver for my video capture card e) the UI still sucks Of these, only the UI is an easy fix (classic shell) so I'm going back to Win 7. I already ghosted the Win 10 setup, and I'm currently in the process of restoring Win 7. Questions: a) can I install Win 10 again at some later time under their free offer using the same base OS I already upgraded once? b) if I'm not using Win10 for a long time, but say, in 6 years I switch from W7 to the just ghosted Win10 system image, will there be any issue? I'm thinking that MS can track updates, and if they don't see a PC for years, they may just purge it, or mark it inactive. TIA -- .sig
