I have Windows 10 on both my laptop and desktop. They both have the C:\ESD folder. I know that it is for "electronic software distribution" and it was used for Windows upgrades. Do I still need these folders? What is throwing me for a loop is that the timestamps on the files and folders are all 2013 or earlier.
