Hi, My work machine - DELL desktop 8 Gb RAM INTEL Quad Core i5-2400 started experiencing MASSIVE slowdowns on 11/09 . Can I uninstall Microsoft updates en masse or do i have to do 1 at a time? Are they in the list chronologically so that i can run down uninstalling in sequence?
The reason i am so confident that it's not a hardware problem is that I have a brand new WIN 7 DELL waiting in the wings which has developed the same problem. I was sporadically starting it to test and configure, when it took massive updates at the same time as my work machine. It too now has this same MASSIVE slowdown. Thankfully, the new machine has incremental restore points right at the time I need it. My old workhorse machine has a restore point back in 2014 which i dare not try yet.
