I dropped by the Win10 Media Creation Tool site and noticed this message at the bottom of the page:
"These downloads cannot be used to update Windows 10 PCs to the November update (Version 1511)"
What is going on? It appears they are now forcing you to update to v1511 using Windows Update instead of using the updated Media Creation Tool that was there previously. They seem to have reverted the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to the original version. The link to the instructions for using the tool just links back to the same page.
