[WIN10] .bat won't run program, can't access drive

I have a program that runs fine when started by a dbl-clk on the .exe or a .bat file when logged in. I'm now trying to run it as a batch job and it fails because drives needed to run are not accessible, even though it logs in as me. The Admin of the network is trying to find the necessary settings so the batch job can run with the same access I usually have, but so far he hasn't found the right ones. Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can pass it along to him? TIA -- "Talking's something you can't do judiciously, unless you keep in practice. Now, sir, we'll talk if you like. I'll tell you right out, I'm a man who likes talking to a man who likes to talk." - Kasper Gutman
