Greetings;
My daughter's laptop at College has MS Office 2010 Home and Student. WINWORD.EXE keeps crashing out.
***Every single time that she tries to correct grammar, WINWORD.EXE crashes.
*** When she accesses the color wheel, to produce a custom color for her fonts, it crashes as well. Some errors are accompanied with wording to the effect that Word can't access the Internet (then you click OK), then WINWORD crashes.
*** I saw someone say something about deleting corrupt words in the custom dictionary. Accessing the custom dictionary ALSO crashes word.
Any ideas?
