MS haven't had much success with Windows phones, and lost shitload of money on it, especially with the Nokia acquisition, and it remains to be seen if the rumored Surface phone(s) can change that. However, HP has created a pretty high end phone running Windows 10 mobile. It probably won't set sales records, but it has impressive specs and capabilities, and it can carve out its own niche.
