I have been getting occasional BSOD experiences with my relatively new Win 10 box, all with a "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" error. Normally a reboot will take care of it for a week or more. Growing concerned, I ran both the Lenovo provided Hardware Scan software (which passed) and the Windows Memory Diagnostics from Administrative Tools. The Lenovo test passed without issue, the Windows test said a hardware issue had been detected but upon restart no report was generated. I have looked through the Event Viewer and have found nothing particularly helpful. I finally popped the cover on my laptop, removed the 2X8GB DIMM cards, blew some air into the sockets with an air duster, did the same with the pins on the DIMM cards, and reseated everything.
Is there a specific place memory errors get logged that I am missing? Like I said, this is not a constant hassle but I would like to address it if possible since all the components are in the warranty period. How do I go about finding the root cause of the problem?
