trying to download kb969084 to enable remote-app on winxp.
hitting the url at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20609 but the page only partially loads and i never see a download link (well, i do, but it goes away before i can click it).
can anyone access that webpage?
or is ms downloads borked something strong.
tried to access the page from winxp, win7, linux, and mac through a combination of chrome, ie, and firefox. no dice.
